Filling
The finished formula is accurately filled into clean, premium aluminum tins ranging from 10ml to 200ml.
Cooling
Natural cooling process allows the wax to settle into the perfect balm-like texture.
Phase 3 — Packaging & Labeling
Lid Closing
Lids are securely sealed to maintain freshness and product quality throughout storage and transport.
Labeling
Each tin is labeled with the YF TECH premium care wax signature. Custom labels available for OEM/ODM clients.
Final Inspection
Final inspection ensures every product meets our high quality standards before packaging.
Phase 4 — Packing & Shipping
Box Packaging
Each product is carefully placed in individual protective boxes with custom branding options.
